The Bahá'í Council of Ontario is pleased to host seasonal family schools in both the Toronto and London areas. These schools are designed as day events with participants returning home each night to sleep. One school will be held in Toronto from July 31 - August 2 and the other will be held in London on August 14 and 15.

Complementary to the core activities being carried out in neighbourhoods that are open to people of all faiths and no faith, that include classes for the spiritual education of children, the junior youth empowerment program, regular devotional gatherings, and study circles, the summer school is yet another vital component that helps build vibrant communities.

Program

With programs designed for children, junior youth, and youth and adults, participants will be able to explore spiritual topics in a relaxed and fun environment, with ample time for socializing, recreation and study.

The school will feature both prominent speakers and participatory workshops to engage everyone in collective learning. Music and the arts will be highlighted throughout, and meals will be provided on-site to allow individuals and families to meet and strengthen their friendships.
